Kelly took over when Larry retired. Larry was great. Kelly was as pleasant and helpful as anyone could ask for. She made this experience far less stressful. Had a hurricane in the meantime. Kelly stayed on top of this. Brun took time to explain the issue and was far more patient than I would ever expected. Each time (4) that I entered the office, either John or Tom, always asked if I had been helped. That seems minor, but to a customer that is respectful. Jeff (the technician) explained the whole thing and again, more than I expected. Your staff at this shop should be praised for their customer service. And, the tech (I believe it was Jeff) has a talent and made my car look great. The bottom line, though, is the appearance of my car. I could not have asked for any better service after my car accident. It was already a very stressful situation to be without my car for several weeks, but Tamara and Brian were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Gail, Lee, Jamie, and the entire team at Gerber Collision and Glass made the bad experience of damage to my car a thing of the past. Gail was wonderful, and she wasted no time getting my car in for the work. I called several times just to check on the status of my car, and she never made me feel like a pest. She was always reassuring, informative, and friendly. The others I spoke with (Lee, Jamie, and one other young man whose name I don't recall) were all very kind, supportive, and always had time to check on the progress of my car. When I went to pick it up, they went out of their way to get it ready before rush hour; and the car looks new again! I couldn't be more satisfied. Gerber in Cary NC is first rate. I highly recommend them.
