WOW! I have never received such great service from a collision shop before in my life! Nicole at the front desk is such a gem. As soon as I arrived, she insured that I was well-fed and never anywhere near parched. Cold water and hot coffee are offered at the facility as well as popcorn and candies. As for the collision work; holy cow! My car didn't even look that nice new! I really want to give a special thanks to Peter Belans and his team for taking such good care of me. I have taken my car to Gerber both times after being rear-ended and both times it was meticulously maintained. Normally, I would never go out of my way to leave a review but jeez Louise I have never been more impressed in my life. Both times, the paint was absolutely perfect, the parts came in a timely manner, and they had a rental car ready/reserved for me for when I ... dropped my vehicle off. On top of all that, they kept me in the loop of EVERYTHING. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants their vehicle taken care of properly and quickly! Plus, everyone there is so friendly it made me totally forget I was upset about my accident and helped me focus on what is truly important...good customer service = a happy customer; which in turns equals a customer for life! Jeff K. was wonderful. He was very professional, kept us informed through the entire process. Definitely was customer oriented. We were apprehensive when USAA called with a place to go to have car appraised and repaired when their insurer hit me. I felt comfortable leaving my car there to be repaired because of Jeff. I had no doubts that he would do a great job. Jeff was first class in talking with us, really looked carefully at car. Took tons of pictures, explained process throughout. He is a credit to your organization.

Service was 5 Star. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional. Brought car in Monday morning. Ready for pick up Thursday afternoon. It looked great. Car was cleaned inside and outside. They even washed off inside of doors. there was white sunscreen on driver side doors front and back. it is difficult to remove

EXCELLENT SERVICE! The work was done ahead of schedule and when I picked up the car, it looked like new and even smelled like a new car - even though it has over 100,000 miles on it. The office staff was efficient and polite, and our service manager, Raul, was excellent and friendly. He kept us up to date about progress-not only with the automated e-mails, but with personal calls. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gerber on Huron to anyone who has collision damage and wants to have a confident state of mind that his/her car will be fixed as though it were "special," because that's what it is to these folks. I've heard several of my colleagues and peers praise Gerber for their wonderful work with both glass and collision repair, so when I had my very first fender bender a few weeks ago, I decided I'd give Gerber a try. From the moment I walked into the door of the office I knew I would be taken care of. Karen, the receptionist was wonderful and so polite. She handled everything from contacting Enterprise for me to making sure my paperwork was squared away all with the utmost professionalism. Jason, my estimator was also very passionate and very honest. From day one he laid out the details of the work that needed to be done, and did his best to find me the best price possible on the parts that would be needed to repair my truck. He also did a fantastic job at keeping me informed of the progress of the work throughout the week. And lastly ... Brian, who may have been one of the shop managers was also very pleasant to deal with, he was very keen on making sure I was 100% satisfied with their work on the day I picked the truck up. There was piece of trim on my wheel well that had been warped one way or another from reapplication and he made sure they would order the part and take care of it. Overall, outstanding customer service and excellent work. Im very pleased with my experience and will highly recommend Gerber to anyone who should need work done on their vehicle. read more

My brand new Jeep Cherokee and I were in a car accident 2 weeks after I received it as a b day gift. I was devastated. I was beyond elated that not only did they finish my car and get it back to me in record time. Literally happened on a Monday and got it back on a Friday. Most of the whole front of the car had to be replaced, but because the manager, ( I believe his name is Dan) said that he has experienced fixing Jeeps for quite some time, he new exactly what needed to be ordered, and that because his crew is so well trained with years and years of experience. My car is like new again. It is the "do over" I wanted . Thank you so much for your expertise!!! You were kind and very good at explaining to me what you did to my car and what had to be ordered. I just want to say Thank You for the super customer service and care from Dan B. and the rest of the Valpo office staff during the repair to my Ford Focus. The communication was timely and just the right amount. Everyone was very friendly and very professional. The people from Enterprise were also very helpful and courteous.
