Bob K. serviced my chevy cruze windshield. I called for 2 cracks that I feared come winter would become large. Bob said they were pits and did not need repair yet I guess he sensed my fear and filled them anyway. Great job. I called to compliment his goodness and spoke to John K... another very delightful man. Have written a 5 star review on YELP and definitely will use Gerber Collision and Glass in McHenry if ever needed.

Amazing, excellent, wonderful service. My experience from beginning to end was over and above my expectations. Other service industries need to take a page from Gerber's book. I was greeted in a friendly manner by both office personnel and the technician, Terry. Shortly after I dropped off my car for repair I had to go out of town unexpectedly, as my mother was ill. The staff and insurance adjuster for Progessive were most kind and concerned. The car was ready early to accommodate my personal needs. The repair looks great and their kindness was over the top. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Kudos to this location!
