I am so impressed with the care for me and my vehicle. Samantha handled the entire process. From the insurance company to the rental care and would say her communication was on point. She was pleasant, reviewed the damages and reviewed the car with me after it was fixed. Up-dates were sent to me every week. Would call me back if I had questions in a timely manner. I was very impressed and would recommend their service. I can't remember the name of the woman at the front that answers the phone but she also was pleasant, answered questions and was instrumental in taking care of my car and that I had what I needed.
