Ken T. and the repair team at Gerber in Spokane did a great job on repairing my car after a traumatic accident. We were updated regularly as the work progressed via a text and it helped reassure me that the work would be done on time. I'm going to have to say for this been the 2nd time I use this company the professionalism of your staff is superb starting from the secretary Madeline were she was very attentive with my situation and continue with Tom Stoke that reassure me that the work will be handle on a very professional matter and the finish my car on the estimated time , without counting the daily txt message communication made waiting for my car to be fix much easier. My experience with Gerber was excellent from the time I took my car in, until the time my car was complete. The entire staff was very professional. I would recommend them to everyone I know who may need repair of any sort on their vehicle. My car look show room ready. They kept me informed of my completion date. My car was ready a week sooner than expected.
