I love my car and was more than irritated when I found the damage on my passenger side some unfriendly individual had left me in a mall parking lot (a parking mishap I'm sure.) Anyway the Gerber collision shop here in Wayne gave me back my baby in great condition and just in time for more holiday traffic. Yea!! Let me start out by saying that I love my Ford Edge and his name is Emmett. Well, the wind didn't love Emmett quite as much as I did and in the epic battle of car door vs. stone pillar, the pillar won. Emmett was scarred and thanks to Gerber, he's as good as new. The dent in the door was very noticeable and it was chipping paint. Gerber was excellent from the very first step of getting an estimate (to help see if it was worth filing a claim with my insurance), to helping scheduled a rental car with Enterprise and getting Emmett in for repair quickly. Danielle made sure I knew what was going on with Emmett at all times and she was so easy to work with. My car was repaired quickly and when I saw Emmett, it was as if nothing ever happened.
