Outstanding! Car looks better than when I bought it, not only did they fix the damage done by a deer but also cleaned the inside and outside of the car. They kept me updated throughout the process of fixing my car and went over everything they did when I picked it up. Hopefully I will never hit another deer but if I would, I would definitely bring my car back here.

Gerber was a serendipitous discovery for my car's rear bumper repair, and what a great discovery it turned out to be. From the front desk check in with the administrative assistant in Anthem, Arizona to the review and visual explanation of my car's repair from Jeff K. upon checking out was an extremely positive experience. Due to the Holiday Season, I realistically did not plan on getting my car back in less than a week. I left my car at Gerber at 11:30 a.m. on a Tuesday and received a phone call the next day at 3:00 p.m. that my car was ready to pick up. The text, email and phone communication of Gerber with customers is exemplary. Having access to Enterprise Rental located inside the Gerber Repair Shop was an added plus. The Enterprise staff is very accommodating as well.
