It has only been a day since I picked up my vehicle and I am very happy with repairs and service. I was treated very professionally and kindly. I'm also impressed with the informative email and text messages about repair status stating exactly what was done and what is recommended to be done with the car. I've had no issues so far, and plan to continue going to them for all my needs. Cody and Lindsey were extremely courteous, highly knowledgeable, and provided me outstanding customer service. I didn't have to make any calls they handled all aspects of my claim from coordination with my insurance company to arranging for rental pick up and drop off. I highly, highly recommend this auto body shop! They did excellent work!

Gail and Devin were great to work with. 1st class service. The repair took a bit longer than expected but was worth it as it looks seamless. Also had an issue with my rims being damaged during the repair, but Gerber fixed it at no cost and made it right. Happy customer - hope I don't need to come back, but if the need arises I will use Gerber again. Thanks!

Nothing about my repair experience at Gerber in McHenry, IL could have been better. The staff was terrific about answering all my questions, and my body repair was done ahead of time and looks perfect. They even vacuumed and wiped down the interior in front.
