Ronnie, my collision expert, went way beyond the call of duty, and extended his "olive branch " to my family, and paid off all the deductible, when the other insurance would not pay any of the deductible, and were very uncooperative, and did not care less. I didn't have the money to pay the deductible because, I had understood, that the insurance company of the man who damaged my car would take care of this, for they were liable. This very nice company made my experience fill me with gratitude and praise for how Gerber Collision handled my case. I owe them a fruit basket in appreciation for their hard work, and caring for our needs!

I brought my car in for a body repair estimation and they took care of me very professionally. Also, they accomodate my request to fit into the repair schedule with rental car reservation. I no need to visit rental at all. Awesome!! I drop the car for repair on scheduled date and they called rental and rental folks picked me to their office with advanced paper work. All I need to do is simple paperwork and I left the rental in 5 min. Eddie called me in next hour or so to let me know the repair details and estimated completion date. Once, repair done, they called me with office hours to pick up my vehicle. Great people. Very professionals. Laura the office admin simply a very professional and nice human being. I definitely recommend them to friends and family.

By far the best, most friendly, helpful people, I have ever had to deal with. Not only were they able to fix my truck way ahead of schedule. And help me get a rental car fast because of the insurance company dropping the ball. My truck looks as good as brand new. I was kept up to date with texts and phone calls on the progress of the repairs. Which made me very happy with the service I received. The awesome, kind, courteous, and professionalism of the staff was excellent. I would highly recommend everyone I know or that may ask me about car repair.
