I would like to personally thank Mr.Tom for the speedy recovery time it took to fix my vehicle. The quality of work that was done was very well done. Paint matched the rest of the body witch made me very happy to see. Thank you again for your services. I did how ever notice that I still have a very slight scratch on the rear quarter on the driver side. The scratch is almost not noticeable but after close examination you can still make it out. But I do understand how hard it would have been to touch that up for as little as it is and still be able to keep the body to match. Thank you: Patty S.

When I picked up my car I wasn't totally happy with how one piece was refitted on my car, I did not have any new parts, just buffed out parts and the reassembly wasn't quite how I wanted it. So Rick immediately addressed my needs, ordered that part, and received it as promised; I brought my car in today for the final fix and he handled it professionally and quickly. I appreciate his service and all the efforts of the entire Downers Grove team.

everyone was very nice & friendly-they were very informative about what i needed done -i dropped my car off @ 8:30 one day and it was ready the next day @4pm- it looked like nothing had every happened to it --it looked like it did when i bought it new 8 months ago-i was told i had a lifetime warranty on what they fixed if i wasn't pleased--Kevin, Charlie & Paige were fantastic--if anyone ever runs into me again i know where i will go to get it fixed--thanks for getting my car to look new again

I was impressed by every aspect of how my collision damage was handled from the time Walked through the door by Sarah the receptionist, and especially Jeffrey the estimator, who was very thorough and easy to understand the process! The body shop did a outstanding job on the repairs and paint, etc. in the shop, even the car interior was cleaned prior to a eary completion! Thanks to everyone! My GLK Mercedes looks great!

Your Durham shop did an outstanding job in repairing Clarissa's car. Brian provided a complete estimate and the work completed was excellent. There were not issues upon completion of the repair. The front bumper was replaced and the color match was perfect.matched The ladies in the front office were great in completing the take home transaction. Would use this location again if needed in a heart beat!
