This was my first car accident and I chose Gerber location in Hammond, Indiana. From the moment I walk in I had a great experience. Very friendly and patient staff. Jose V. was my estimator and he was very friendly, helpful, and informative. He explain my damages and kept me up to date with my repairs. Overall, best experience I was never kept on the 'loop" not to mention my car was ready in one week, excellent service.
