Great service. Great result. My service rep, Earl, was very clear and communicative. A pleasure to work with. This was an insurance claim, paid by the other person's insurance, so $0 to me. As such, I can't comment on the value provided by Gerber.

Vehicle damage is always unpleasant. But when you have professionals like Gerber at your back, the experience is much less painful. They have the best, most knowledgeable and courteous service personnel in the industry. You can always count on them for a speedy, thorough and fair inspection and assessment. Repairs, in my opinion, are far superior to any dealer. I've never been disappointed with the quality of their service.

Easily the best experience I've had at a body shop. They only took a few days to fix a bad repair by another shop. Everybody in the front office and out back were so nice to deal with. They asked for my input and even made some suggestions to save me money (which turned out fantastic by the way). I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend them and if I ever need damage repair, I'm sure I'll just head straight there
