The rental was arranged, and all I had to do was drop off the vehicle and show up to pick it up. The work itself was Completed as if there was never any damage to the vehicle. I am SO impressed by the service I received at this location. From the moment I brought my car in to the time I got it back, they were awesome. I dropped it off, and they coordinated with the car rental company as well as the car insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of. They were supposed to have my car for about a week, but got quite a bit of work done in just a day. AND when they called me to tell me my car was ready they drove it up to my place of work, and took back my rental car. They made sure I was never inconvenienced whatsoever, and everyone I interacted with was so nice! Will definitely go back again if I ever need something fixed. Thank you!

Feedback: Satisfied Customer Comments: When accidents happen and you without your only transportation it is as if your life is at a standstill. Dealing with the insurance company is hard enough. I chose Gerber for the repairs to my vehicle due to the Great reviews from friends who have used Gerber in the past. These guys were great. I must say I honestly feel that Gerber was there for me way more than my insurance company ever could be. I was in desperate need of a vehicle during the time my car was being repaired. Gerber came through for me with a very nice rental which is more than I can say for my insurance company. They kept me updated with step-by-step repairs. My car was actually finished before the estimated date. And to top it all off these guys actually cleaned my car inside and out. Something that I was dreading to have to do. ... As far as the repairs go I am very pleased the suspension was completely ripped out of my car but now my car drives like a dream. I would honestly recommend Gerber to all my friends and family actually to anyone who needed repairs. The ladies who work in the office were very pleasant and very understanding when it came to my concerns. I will definitely be using them again. read more

We were extremely happy with the work completed by Gerber Collision & Glass. They called us at minimum of twice a week to keep us up-to-date on the progress on our car, and delivered as promised from start to finish. We highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone requiring body/collision work. As an added bonus, our car was immaculately cleaned inside and out upon pick-up. We certainly will use Gerber again should the need arise.

The staff at the Peoria location was aboslutely wonderful. I was out of the country during my repairs and they were flexible and easy to work with. I was allowed to drop off my vehicle early and received emails with updates while I was away. The repairs were finished earlier than expected and the staff did a wonderful job explaining my final summary and payment through insurance. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Thank you!

It took one day to fix my rear bumper. I was told possibly a few days. Barely needed the rental car! My car was so clean and nice when I got it back. Took 5 minutes to get it back too. Would definitely come back. Very satisfied. Skip was a very nice guy and Raelyn, the woman at the front desk, was very helpful and kind.
