Everyone was so great! The manager & receptionist were very friendly while I waited for my estimate. I took it in on a Thursday for the estimate and by the next monday I dropped it for repairs. I was updated later that day with a pick up date of Friday and they got it done by Tuesday instead! I am so pleased! My car looks brand new again, even my husband is pleased and he is impossible to please when it comes to cars! And the clean up after repairs was phenomenal! I am so glad I trusted them with my car and though I hope I don't have to return, if I do I will choose this location!

The car came back looking great. The paint and detail was a great match. It looks like it did when brand new. Your staff was very knowledgable and helpful with all of our questions. The car was ready on time as the estimator said. I am very happy with the results and would take any or our other cars to Gerber if we ever needed to. The young women at the front desk, who's name escapes me, help me arrange for the rental car, and explained all of the estimate and repair paperwork. She along with the women who gave us the estimate were very friendly and courteous.
