What a great experience. Had to cancel my appnts with autonation colission for giving me the runaround for two months. Went to Gerber and had my SUV repaired in less time than it took Autonation to call me back. Noli and jeff were amazing. The customer service is second to none.

The guys were awesome and they did a great job. I was in a accident and I had my car towed to them. First because it was close to were I lived and then because with 3 kids we have had used them before. They said that my car would be done in about 2 1/2 weeks. Which was fine. I told them I was going out of town about that time and they told me they would try and get the car done before then. I told them I wanted in done right not just fast. They beat their time they thought. and got my car back to me way early. When I picked it up they told me if I fine any troubles with it bring it back and they will look at it. They were all some nice and helpful. Thank you to the whole team there.

Excellent service! From the minute I walked in was treated kindly, my first time being involved in a minor collision, so I really did not know what to expect. Derek , greeted me with a warm handshake , explained what was going to happen. Joe, then took me home, (I've only been in Fl. for a couple of months, it's just me and my 96 year old Mom) so I was very grateful. The job was completed ahead of the time table, so that was a big plus. All in all I'm very happy with the service I received, and will be recommending your company, on the Heritage Hills complex's FB page.
