I had my 2014 ford mustang GT repaired at Gerber collision and glass in Cary. Gail the CSR was really helpful scheduling my appointments for the estimate and for getting my car in for repairs. She was super nice and even helped with my insurance. Amanda the writer was very thorough explaining the process on how my car would be repaired and she set the promised date for repairs completed and I got it back much much sooner. I had several questions during the process and I was referred to the production manager Stephen who was very helpful in answering all my questions and explaining some things to me. I really enjoyed having the Gerber team work on my car they returned it to me in like new condition. It actually looks better than it did before my accident. If I ever need repairs done again I will definitely take my car to Gerber collision ... and glass in Cary North Carolina. read more

Went to your repair shop on a Monday and dropped my car off from a rear end collision. Gerber got Enterprise to pick me up. Stayed in contact with me each day as to the progress of the repair, and get this - delivered my car back to me 4 days before their original estimate. The car looks amazing. Really appreciate the outstanding customer service. I love my car and I can tell you do too!!!!

Excellent service and even more excellent customer service. Justice was amazing. She crawled under my bumper to asses the damage that I had on my Honda CRV. She gave me an estimate and called around to order the part I needed to fix my damage. She called me that afternoon to tell me she had the part in her hands and was ready to go. I scheduled the next day with her to bring in my car. She told me it would only take about 30 minutes and I could wait there for it. After about 15 minutes, Justice came and told me my car was done and she took me out to inspect the work. I thought it looked great and she found a very small imperfection that she had fixed right away. I wouldn't have noticed so I'm glad that she caught it. I was very impressed with the way Justice took care of me and my car. I will be recommending all of my friends to Gerber ... and to Justice. Thanks Justice for a great experience. read more

Gerber recently repaired my Toyota Camry that had a severely crunched fender and door. They gave me a good price, completed the job ahead of schedule and the quality of the repair was truly Awesome. They took the extra step of cleaning the entire car prior to delivery. Having dealt with Abbotts Collision many times prior to this, having a thoroughly appalling experience the last time, I decided to give Gerber a chance. They EXCEEDED my expectations on all dimensions--being a successful small business owner myself my expectations are very high. Seriously, if you need collision work in the Greater Lafayette Area, go to Gerber on 600 Farabee Drive.
