Gerber is one of the most insanely great body shops I have ever been too. They replaced my bumper and painted it. Not only were they superfriendly, but the service was superfast. My car was finished days ahead of schedule. They even washed my car; actually twice because of the bird poop on blue (lol). By far they have shown the ability to go over and beyond ordinary customer service. Gerber "ROCKS!" Thank you!

I bought a 2017 Nissan Altima in July 2017 from Hawkinson Nissan and paid $1500 for their GlassCoat protection policy. (Dumb move!) In January, I discovered multiple scratches on the roof and hood of my car. I had no idea where they came from. Hawkinson declared that the GlassCoat basically covered "bird poop and acid rain" (their words). So, I went to Gerber Collision in Matteson and got an estimate from Jorge and decided to have them repair the scratches. In less than a week, I got my Altima back and it really looks even better than when I first bought it! They did a fantastic job! I was updated several times about the work being done and was very pleased with the results.
