This particular shop in High Point, NC is the stand-out 1st Class professionals among all other repair facilities I visited "anywhere" including my prior experiences. From the professional, clean appearance of the facility, the cleanliness where the work is completed, reception staff and area, the manager (Butch), claim representative (William) and last but not least, satisfaction of the ... estimate and head-spin quickness of repair work - THERE IS NO FACILITY finer! I cannot offer a stronger recommendation! And, recommendations from me are extremely rare as I find it is also my reputation that's on the line, when I do. I switched to Gerber after the business(Safelite) my insurance company referred me to could not deliver on the" few minute" crash kit set up. They also would not be able to repair the window at a location or by mobil for seven days. After waiting for an hour and a half later, I decided t call Gerber from the Safelite parking lot. Your customer service rep. was friendly and detailed oriented. .She said I could go to any location and they would set me up with a crash kit. The Forsyth location stayed true to the promise and quickly covered my window. I was also told I would receive a phone call the following morning by 9 a.m. by the mobil service to give me an e.t.a. The installer Clyde called the following morning as promised, arrived on time and completed the installation with a positive attitude in hot sun.
