All the staff are outstanding and very professional. The car a 2013 Lexus with 20,000 was show room condition before the car was backed into. The accident repairs were done in extremely well. The majority of the parts were OEM. Although the car now shows on CarFax as being in an accident, the cars finished job looks like the car was never hit. I will Gerber Collision of St Clouf, Fl, five stars and will highly recommend them for all collision repair needs.

I was given a estimate of 2 weeks to repair my car. I had to rent a car for those weeks and because of my age I had to pay extra money for rental insurance. To my delight they were able to fix my car in 6 DAYS!!!! I was able to return my rental car and I saved over $500 because of their excellent collision repair. My car has never looked this good in years! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!

Even when there was a delay in the repair, he worked with me and kept me abreast of what was going on. He was not only professional but very personable. A pleasure to deal with. The work was great and my lift gate looks as good as it did when I bought it. I've had this shop do work for me before and I'll use them again if I need to. KIMBERLY HELP ME.....WOW WOW WOW MY ISSUE WAS NON RELATED TO INSURANCE OR AN ACCIDENT. I HAD PULLED THE BOTTOM DRIVER SIDE CORNER OF THE "CURB ALERT" GUARD OFF AND DISCONNECTED IF THE HOOKS/PINS. I THOUGHT I HAD BROKEN A PIECE OFF. I COULD NOT GET IT TO HOLD MYSELF. SO I STOPPED BY-JUST BECAUSE I KNEW WHERE THIS LOCATION WAS. FILLED OUT SOME PAPERWORK...KIMBERLY ASSESSED THE PROBLEM AND TOOK MY CAR AWAY. CAME BACK AND SHE SAID "HOW IS THAT?" AND IT WAS FIXED. SEEMS TO BE CORRECT AND SHOULD HOLD. I ASKED OF COURSE HOW MUCH AND SHE SAID NOTHING. SO I'M GIVING HER AND THIS LOCATION A BIG SHOUT OUT FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHEN I DO NEED THE SERVICES OF GERBER ON A MORE GRANDER SCALE (HOPEFULLY NO TIME SOON) I'LL CERTAINLY BE BACK AND WILL GIVE THEM ENDORSEMENTS TO OTHERS AS WELL. GREAT JOB IN GREENSBORO FOLKS.
