Everyone here was amazing! Michelle the receptionist was a pleasure to talk to. Eric and his team did an absolutely amazing job completing my hail damage repair. Our insurance company was a bit difficult to get in contact with and we were heading out of town for the holiday weekend. They went above and beyond to have my car ready on time and it looks like new! We are beyond pleased and looking forward to bringing in our second car for them to fix next week. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Hi, On my post-repair survey I gave a 5/10 on the repair of my vehicle, I'd like to change the grade to a 10/10 but there is no way to do that now that I've submitted the survey. The grade was because I noticed new damage on rear-vehicle bumper (not the bumper that was repaired) and I was concerned it had happened in the parking lot of Gerber. Since I am not 100% this is where the damage happened and I am very pleased with the service I received at Gerber on the front bumper and I wanted to go on the record to change that rating. I would not want it to effect the performance reviews of your lovely employees.

I hit a deer and broke the grill on the front of my car. The repair looks perfect! I would have given 5 stars but, Gerber gave me a quote that was for the wrong part, which came out to $5 over my deductible, so I didn't use my insurance. Then, when I took it to have it fixed, the quote wound up being much more and I had to wait for another part to be ordered. Then, I had to explain to my insurance company why I waited to file a claim, etc. But, other than that, Gerber really does great work!

Excellent customer service. Darlene walked me through ever step from beginning to end; including car rental information. Michael O' stayed in constant contact with me regarding my collision repair and even another issue I had them fix while they had my car. I am not sure of the shop guys names that did the physical part of the repair, but they did an amazing job. Looks better than it did before. I would and have recommended Gerber Collision and Glass several times and will continue to recommend them at any given opportunity. Great job y'all!

I went in for a body estimate on a repair not being covered by my insurance. Never the less, Justice and the team on Cedar treated me very nicely and professionally. I got the estimate and scheduled the repairs which only took 2 days. To my GRAND surprise they completely washed my vehicle, even the liners and vacuumed the carpet! I am very appreciative of Gerber!!
