I had two different repairs done from two different accidents at this location. I had no issues making up my mind to go back to this location based on the first treatment & repairs. I never had to wait to get my truck in, they kept me updated by text & phone each stage of repair, worked with each insurance company on estimates, and assisted me on getting my rental vehicle returned. I can't say enough good things about the service adviser Amie, and body repair man Josh. Both had contact with me to insure my concerns would be met, covered any questions I had, and insured me they wouldn't be happy unless I was. Elise S. was so personable and really took good care to make sure I was not only communicated to throughout the process, but also that I was taken care of. Rick E. was the production manager for my car and he did a great job informing me of all that was worked on, answer my questions, and the car looks great! I was apprehensive when my Farmers insurance agent suggested going to Gerber, I wanted a mom and pop shop I could trust. My experience at Gerber was beyond my expectations even for a Mom and Pop. Gerber will be my auto shop of choice going forward, and i will recommend you to my friends and family.

They were very polite. Called with updates and fixed my van quick. The van got to gerber Thursday morning and Friday evening it was fixed. I wasn't able to pick the van up til Saturday morning and they said no problem the paper work would be at the front desk ready to go. The only issue I had was the replaced bumper wasn't snapped together all the way. They were really nice when I asked about and had no problem fixing it real quick. That's why 4 starts and not 5. I would go back and recommend them to people. Seems to be a good place and nice people.
