Quick with repair. Worked with my insurance and no hassle on my part. Overall work was good. Only issue is there a a couple small specks in the paint which is probably only noticeable to me and no one else.

A 2 day repair was completed in 1 day.Very satisfied with workmanship and the bonus detailing. Car looks great. Will use Gerber again but hopefully not to soon.

Had a damaged driver side door from someone backing into my Civic. I saw that Gerber Collision and Glass in Blue Ash had gotten good reviews, so I went there for the repair. I couldn't be happier with the service that I received. The estimator thoroughly explained everything that would need to happen when he assessed the damage. The actual repair was performed very quickly, and I'm extremely impressed with the results. The paint had to be blended (since the door panel is new but the paint on the rest of the car has faded over time from sun exposure), but I honestly can't even tell, it looks so good. My car was clean inside and out when I picked it up. Hopefully I don't need additional auto body work anytime soon, but if I do, I would definitely return to Gerber in Blue Ash.

This is the second time I have had Gerber take care of our car and we have had the pleasure of Kacy Butts as our Estimator/contact person both times. The facility is very clean and staff are always friendly, helpful and easy to reach. I trust them with my repairs and I have owned and operated a body shop before! The only negative I experienced was the note at the bottom of the original estimate suggesting "'get live updates at www.carwise.com/e/3pZwBb" but the link was broken and did not work but the idea was good and would liked to have seen how it worked; I can't blame the facility for that though. I hope I don't have to see them again but if I need body work done in the future, I will come back here. and tell anyone that needs any body or glass work that Gerber is the place to come.
