Chris G. did an excellent job throughout the entire process! From the moment I arrived at Gerber he was so helpful, explaining what work was going to be done, how the insurance worked, how to get a rental, estimated completion date, etc. I will highly recommend Chris (and Gerber) to anyone who needs body work done to their car! Jeffrey and Sarah did a great job with communication and making the process simple and quick. The shop did excellent work on my truck from a stolen tailgate and multiple places of damage. I was in a hit and run accident two weeks ago and my insurance recommended Gerber Collison and Glass in my area. The tow truck took my car to the location and left it over night. I went in the mornong and brought thr keys ( because I kept them). I was sore from the accident and a little angry from the hit and run. I was greeted by Don and he immediately did his best to make me feel welcomed. He smiled and had tons of empathy. It really helped because. I was never in an accident like this before and if felt a bit overwhelmed. I was as nice as I could be and the people Jennifer and Ray were helpful as well. Don gave me an estimate of two weeks and 13 days later I had Gracie back! My car was not just fixed but it was CLEAN AND SHINY. This was also very unexpected.
