My car was sideswiped and I had no idea where to go to get my car fixed. Gerber Collision was right by my house and so I stopped in. I delt with David the whole time and he was even nice enough to stay 35minutes past closing time to make sure I was comfortable having my car fixed! He was exceptional in answering all of my questions and concerns! I would definitely take my car here again. The job that they did and the details that they paid attention to was phenomenal! I dropped my car off last weekend for repair of front bumper and hood damage. Emily, who performed my estimate, told me she would try and get it done on a Friday so I wouldn't have to worry about additional rental fees since I wouldn't be able to pick my vehicle up until the Saturday after repairs were completed. My original estimated time of completion was on Tuesday, the 3rd of July. I got a call on Thursday saying that I might be able to pick my car up on Friday. I got a call Friday morning saying that my car was out of paint and going into reassembly. I got a call later that same day that my car was ready for pickup. I went and got it this morning, and WOW! I can't even tell that it was repaired. The front end looks like it did the day I bought the vehicle. Thank you so much.
