Gerber Collision did a great job! The staff was very attentive giving me a daily update. The repair was done very quickly. When I got my car back it looked amazing! Gerber is very easy to work! I hope I don't get into another accident, but if I do I know where to go to get my car fixed!

I just had the most wonderful experience at Gerber Collision & Glass in Schaumburg. Estimator Jay T and Steven, the gentleman that worked on my car exceeded all my expectations on what great service should be. I came in with a 2015 Nissan Rouge which had a back fender cover which had been popped out after a fender bender with an audi. I asked him to be honest and give me the worse case scenario and the best. Well he looked at it and said it could range anywhere from 40-about $200 but he would know better after his body man Steve took a look. Then he said, if you have a few minutes let us try and see what we can do. Steve came in with his tools and I stood behind him as he proceeded to fix the fender cover. When I asked him how much I owed him he had a smile on his face and just said "no worries, no charge" I couldn't believe ... it. I was beyond happy and grateful. Not only did I not have to put in an insurance claim, he didn't charge me a cent. Now mind you, I know nothing about cars and over the years a mechanic sees me coming and when I walk in the door it's $500 at the least every time. This was the first time in my life I have ever had this happen. I want to stand on the rooftop to recommend Gerber to everyone I know. I am not saying that they are going to work on your car for free. But what I can say and do believe, is that they are going to be honest. Tell you to get more estimates and probably beat them all.
