I had a fender-bender in November 2025, my fault. My insurance provider American Family highly recommended Gerber Collision & Glass for repairs. I left my Prius at the shop in Anthem, AZ on Monday afternoon, January 12; and I was told that if they didn't find anything major it would take 3-5 days to finish. The wrong fender was sent the next day or so, a replacement was expected by Friday, the supplier didn't replace until Tuesday, January 20. Some things can't be helped, I get that. The real frustration during that time was that I was promised call-backs (that didn't happen) at least 4 times. I did not expect to be able to pick up my car until Friday; but I got a call yesterday that I could pick up in a few hours @ 4:15 pm! "I brought my 2020 Chevy Silverado Truck to Gerber Collision in New Smyrna Beach after a hit and run collision. From the start, they were fantastic. I caused a front right bumper crunch to my vehicle, a 2024 Camry. Was distressed at seeing the windshield wiper fluid in plain view. It took them a week to undo the damage its owner had done.
