I've had my car repaired a couple times by Gerber-Roswell and have always appreciated their work and professionalism. Today, I stopped in with our daughter's vehicle, because the driver door was rubbing very slightly against the fender. When Amanda came to take a look at it, she asked if she could have my keys to drive it back to the garage; I thought she was just going to have someone assess the situation. Less than 10 minutes later, she came back with the car - repaired! When I asked how much I owed, she wouldn't let me pay for the service (I hope that doesn't create a problem for her - believe me, she just created a major spokesperson for your company!). I really appreciate Amanda's making time to see the car and her and your mechanic's stopping to fix this problem for me. I'm officially a customer - and spokesperson - for life. My husband and I had gone to Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Schaumburg because we were told to come in because my husbands one year old brand new car was starting to rust, John who works at the dealership was no help and told us that the dealership would not cover the damage on the rust and referred us to speak to a representative named Eli from Gerber Collision and Glass. Eli was very helpful and was nice enough to call his manager Stephen and asked if they had the color paint of our car. They did so we went to the auto repair shop and the manager Stephen put a clear coat of paint over the rust stains to help slow down the rust and it was free of charge. Eli and Stephen were very helpful.
