I just spoke to Jacqueline to set up an appointment to get my car fixed, and I was blown away by her profession, kind and helpful advise. She told me I could drop my car off when I will be out of town, leave it with Gerber, and the body work would be done when I don't need my car. She also told me Gerber could drop me off at my home, and, incredibly, drop my car off the day I get back into town and leave it in my driveway or garage. Plus they would do the repairs, keep it safely at Gerber and bring it inside at night, then wash it before they brought it back to me! I have never heard of that type of customer service! Simply amazing! Awesome!

Very detailed with the process of repairing collision damage (scrape with paint and metal damage) on my vehicle. Very transparent in costs. My vehicle was finished 1 day before quoted time. The repairs on the body of my car look amazing and I can't even tell that there was work done. Overall, a very efficient, professional, and thorough company. I will be using them again for any future collision needs.
