6 years ago I was in a wreck and I felt like I was being treated unfairly by the other party's insurance company. It had been over a week since I had been hit and I wanted answers. I took my car here and they immediately told me that my car was totaled and very unsafe for me to be driving. They lit a fire under the insurance company and I had a rental 30 min later. They said they wouldn't let anyone, male or female, drive the car in that condition. Not only did they have my back, but they cared about my well being. So, when I was rear ended a week ago, there was only one place I trusted to fix my car. I was not disappointed. These guys are amazing!!

Traveling from Florida to our home in South Carolina we, along with several other cars, ran over something in the road on I95. We sat on the interstate for 4 hours waiting for a response from our insurance company. When we were finally towed to Gerber the ladies in the office(Michele & Tessa) provided a restroom, cold water, sympathy, a call to a rental car company, advice on accommodations and restaurants along with directions. Curtis gave our car a thorough inspection and a preliminary estimate. He worked hard to speed up the process knowing that we were from out of the area. These three people treated us (two seniors) like family and we are very grateful to them for their caring and their work.
