Anytime you are involved in an accident it is big headache. I was directed to Gerber Collision and once my vehicle was there, we had a minor glitch but Dulce was incredible to work with. We enjoyed a new service provided by Gerber. The rental car was brought to us and our car picked up. On return was the same. We never had to enter the body shop. The damage was repaired ---it looked great, and the car was detailed inside for cleanliness. Gerber emailed us with updates on the date the job would be finished. Great communication and service. This was welcome service after a car accident!

Gerber Collision is a step above all the other car repair shops I have done business with. The crew at Gerber Collision is a superior force of professionals that was dedicated to restoring my vehicle to my satisfaction. They did above and beyond job on their craftsmanship. They also were very quick with repairing my vehicle the first time and they kept me informed every step of the way. The managers and staff all contacted me in a very friendly and prompt fashion to keep me informed of all the updates. Not only that this work force has the integrity to do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. That is very difficult to find now in the service industry. Like I the other body shops i dealt with were not even comparable to Gerber Collision! I thank you !

Tom S did a very courteous and thorough job helping coordinate the restoration of my car. It was a semi-classic car that had been very well-taken- care of, and he seemed to go to extra effort to ensure that the older metallic paint could be properly matched. He also replaced the rear bumper for fear that the new paint would not properly adhere to it. I was very pleased wit the service. Tom did say that the paint rep said it was an experimental paint, so I should check back with him in 30 days to make sure that the paint "took". I will follow up at that time if the paint had problems, but the service was great!
