I took my car to Boyd on the recommendation of my insurance company and am so glad I did. Right from the beginning Aly made everything right. He went beyond my expectations to ensure customer satisfaction even doing little extras on my car to ensure that it was returned to me better than before the accident. Very personal and caring. As well I was kept up to date by Amelie on the status of my car and never had to call once or wonder what was going on. They even cleaned my car inside and out. Exceptional service by everyone. I got a scratch polished off my care today at Boyd Autobody and Glass just off Yellowhead Trail. I dealt with the manager there Phil. My experience was top notch and Phil will extremely pleasant to deal with. My car came out better than I expected and they washed the exterior and wiped down the interior which was such a nice surprise. I will go back to this location every time as it is the best experience I have had to date at an auto body shop. I will also highly recommend them to everyone I know. Great job!!!

This company is by far one of the best that I have ever dealt with. Their professionalism and impeccable detail to the work that they did for me has won my business by far. I have utilized their services on 3 occasions now and truthfully it is above and beyond what anyone could hope for. Every one of their staff is friendly and helpful. In febuary I had my truck stolen in B.C. And recovered in Edmonton . In the end the insurance co wrote it off. I dealt primarily with Amelie W. and as long and torturous as the insurance co made it she was there every step of the way to be as helpful as possible . She made a frustrating situation a lot better than it could of been. She is very adept at her job and very kind she is a great asset to your company. Although I dint get to really use your services your customer service was five star. Thanks

Customer service started as soon as I walked in the door. I was there for a collision through insurance and also chose to have my windshield replaced. The professionalism started with Amolie (spelling?) at reception and continued with John who gave the quote and Phil with the final inspection. They seem like they all enjoy their job and have smiles on their faces; that makes a difference when you aren't happy you were in a collision. Thanks.
