It was a pleasure working with the team in Loveland. They were very clear about what I should expect from the repair process, and took the time to explain things in a way that an uniformed customer could understand. The process took longer than expected (2 weeks longer), but I am told this is because of damage that occurred during shipping replacement parts. When the job was finished, you could hardly tell that I'd been in an accident at all - excellent match of color, and a thorough repair. I'd gladly recommend Gerber for any future body work - thank you for the help!

Often, we only write reviews when we're angry and frustrated. Today, I'm trying to break that habit. After working with Cor(e)y (Manager) today, I told him that he was a BLESSING, because he was. He could sense my stress and anxiety about dealing with the car troubles I'm having (even though I'm dealing with the results of an accident that wasn't my fault). As a result, he was patient with me and understanding and just outright nice and kind. I really needed that, and I wish more people in the world (including me) would embody that spirit of generosity. I also worked with Alan(USAA Insurance Liaison) by phone yesterday and in-person today. He was really nice and patient also, especially since I had a lot of confusion about the process. I'm thankful for both of them, and I'm really glad they were HIGHLY recommended by USAA.

Communication could be improved between the automatic system and the human system! There was a bit of confusion when the car was finished as to when we could pick it up. Overall we were pleased, the car looks great and drives fine. We were kept apprised of the repair progress.

Customer service was great. Lisa, Traci, JP, and Adam were very friendly and made my experience as painless as possible. I took my car in on a Thursday morning and my car was fixed and cleaned by Friday afternoon. They also were very flexible with my schedule, as the weather in Colorado made it hard to make it to my original appointment. Overall the service was great and I would definitely drive the extra 30 minutes to have my car fixed by Gerber Collision and Glass Morrison location.

I had a very frustrating experience with the insurance of the woman who hit my car. However, Gerber was helpful through it all. I appreciated the regular updates and calls. I could tell they worked as fast as they could, there were just a lot of set backs with insurance.
