I had my 2007 Toyota Avalon repaired at your shop due to it being damaged twice while parked in a parking lot, hence, two different insurance companies were involved. Your very competent employee, Earl B., expressed honesty and integrity in my dealings with your company and myself. He noticed additional damage to my vehicle and he notified the insurance company of the additional cost of repairs. I felt he went the extra mile in customer service for me and I would comment Mr B. for his detail and insight towards your customers. I am very pleased with the outcome and beauty of my vehicle and will recommend your company to any and everyone I come in contact.

I was kept apprised of the repair progress and the vehicle was returned on the day anticipated. The paint job is beautifully done and everything else appears to be in perfect order.
