I met with Earl for my estimate, and was sold right away. He was friendly happy, and seemed more than willing to bend over backward to make sure all of my needs were met. I scheduled my appointment, and about a week later the manager Jen called to see if I'd like to get in early for repairs. Not only did I get my car in for repairs three weeks sooner than expected, it was completed and returned to me a week sooner than I was told it would be. The quality of the work was fantastic, and the car looks like it has never been in an accident. Earl also made it a point to email with updates while they had the car. Thank you Earl, Jen and the rest of the team for making my first collision repair experience an easy and fantastic one! This place is awesome!!!

I had my 2007 Toyota Avalon repaired at your shop due to it being damaged twice while parked in a parking lot, hence, two different insurance companies were involved. Your very competent employee, Earl B., expressed honesty and integrity in my dealings with your company and myself. He noticed additional damage to my vehicle and he notified the insurance company of the additional cost of repairs. I felt he went the extra mile in customer service for me and I would comment Mr B. for his detail and insight towards your customers. I am very pleased with the outcome and beauty of my vehicle and will recommend your company to any and everyone I come in contact.

My experience at Gerber for the repair of the body damage to my car was EXCELLENT... I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked into the office and was greeting by the most-friendly ladies in the office that handled the paper work, right on to the professionals that worked with me before, during and after my repair work. My car looks great! It's a 2003 and it looks new! I wish I had the funds to paint my entire car. If I did, I would definitely get it done there. They were professional and kept me abreast on the progress of my car!
