Where do I start? I've been to multiple collision repair shops and gerber gave me the best experience I've ever had. Kobi b. and David b. were awesome they made sure this stressful process was easy and I loved it.. Derrick m. got everything done and I love the way my car turned out. I honestly will never recommend any other shop but Gerber. Thank you guys for everything!!

The customer service i received from Gerber was amazing. I was kept up-to-date every step of the way. I even got pictures emailed to me a few times! The repairs were completed about 5 days early, which was awesome to have my car back sooner then expected. The car looks great and they even fully detailed the interior. I worked with Tim who kept me informed on every detail, he was a pleasure to work with and always had the answer to any question! I would recommend Gerber to any one who needs body work done on their vehicle! Thanks to everyone at Gerber!!

My experience with Gerber Collision and Glass has been nothing less than first class from the time I walked in the door until the time my car was ready to be picked up after repair to my car's rear bumper. Ryan T. at the Front Desk and Earl B. my Appraiser certainly know what Customer Service is all about, they both are first class people and treat you the same way. If I ever need their services again there is no question I will be going back to Gerber Collision and Glass. They have outstanding technicians who did a great job repairing my car, I could not be happier with their work. "Thank You " to all who made my experience a very positive one!!

While we always get quality care and service on the vehicle when we come here, but Dave is THE reason we keep coming back. His customer service always exceeds our expectations. He has been here for years and that's a plus for us, knowing every time we come back we will see a familiar face that knows us and knows how to take care of us!
