I loved the Gerber /Collision, Glass company. They kept in touch with me by phone, and by texting me to let me know how everything was going, what needed to be fixed, where it was going to go get fixed, n how many more days away from bringing my car home. They estimated around three weeks to get it done but got it back in two weeks....They sure did a great job, n they were all very friendly. I'm very happy with the job well done, and I will recommend everyone to come and see them if your car needs fixing.

Ryan M. was a huge help during my hail damage repair experience. I was already frustrated by the damage to my car but he took the time to explain the repair process in detail, which was a relief. Furthermore, he kept me up to date on the process and communication/ email replies were quick. Ryan at the front desk( a different Ryan) was also very helpful with communication and verifying my questions. Good job! And great experience overall, considering the circumstance.
