Well done! In the past we have used Red Noland for our USAA auto claims, however they were disappointing in our last claim a year or so ago, so when we had a new claim we decided to try another USAA STARS location. All of my expectations were exceeded, by far! Our contact was Earl B., and he kept us informed and up to date. He called to give us the progress updates every 3rd day or so. It was so nice not be left in the dark. We picked up our 2010 Camaro (my wife's baby) yesterday and the car looked showroom new. Fantastic job and you have earned my repeat business!

I received a survey and was not able to complete it. It submitted incomplete. So here is my comments. I had hail damage work completed on my SUV by Gerber in Greeley. I had a small issue and I must say it was handled with the highest level of professionalism by Danielle (Manager). I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with her managerial and people skills. I am also impressed with Lila, detailer extraordinaire. Both women's actions, behaviors, and skills are the reason I would recommend Gerber. You should do whatever is needed to keep these ladies working for your business. You have a winning team in Greeley!

I loved the Gerber /Collision, Glass company. They kept in touch with me by phone, and by texting me to let me know how everything was going, what needed to be fixed, where it was going to go get fixed, n how many more days away from bringing my car home. They estimated around three weeks to get it done but got it back in two weeks....They sure did a great job, n they were all very friendly. I'm very happy with the job well done, and I will recommend everyone to come and see them if your car needs fixing.
