I picked up my car yesterday and it looked brand new. I left my remote in my rental and when I called Dana this morning she immediately went out and got it for me. I parked in a lot last night and someone scratched my driver side back door. I stopped in to pick up my keys without notice and when I told them my story they immediately offered to take my car in and try to fix scratches. Again,another great job of making my car look as new as they could Thanks again to EVERYONE!! This was going above and beyond.

I was absolutely blown away by the service I received at Gerber! My car had been vandalized for the second time in a week while visiting from out-of-state. My insurance company referred me to the Highlands Ranch location as a place that was open on Saturday; they would have preferred that I waited until I could see the adjuster on Wednesday. Carl C. was compassionate about my situation, found the part that I could pick up that day, and then did the repair himself. Otherwise I would have been without a car until at least Monday. He went way above and beyond in taking care of me. By the time the claims reps called me on Monday and Tuesday, I could tell them that my car had already been fixed and that I was already several hundred miles away. Carl also helped me escalate the claims issue with my insurance due to the circumstances I was in ... that made an urgent repair necessary. He was by far the bright spot in the ordeals I experienced during my trip to Denver. read more
