Giselle at the front desk was a joy to work with and all of the gentlemen who participated in the estimate, cleaning, and repair, kept me current with updates and well informed the entire time. I was referred to Gerber through someone else's insurance company because it was their claim. Now I have somewhere to tell people about!

I've read some of the earlier poor reviews and can only think that they have done a bang-up job at Gerber to address their customers' concerns because my experience was wonderful. My 9-year-old car looks brand new! Wes and team were warm, helpful, and responsive. And, they were wonderful at communicating with their text updates. They did everything to accommodate my schedule between travels for aa business trip and a death in the family. For this, I am truly grateful. I have places that are closer to me in Golden, but I would return to this location because of the experience I had.
