First let me say that I hit a deer, hard! My damage was just under 14k when all was said and done! I thought my new car was going to total but the insurance decided it was worth too much and should be repaired. I was skeptical about having such extensive damage repaired at all and was a little uneasy about it but Dane, the General Manager, let me know that all parts would be test fitted and that if any aftermarket parts were not fit for use, that He would not allow them to be used and that I would have a lifetime warranty on the repairs. His explanation of the process and His impeccable customer service gave me all the faith in the world that these repairs were going to be done safely and properly. He also gave me daily updates, (even though I'm sure He is busy as the Manager) and took on the handling of my repair plan, personally. The ... repairs were extensive and of course parts were special order, only because my car is so new, but just as He had promised, He was able to give me a firm completion date after all of the parts had arrived and were checked for quality and fit. Fast forward 6 weeks to my car being finished... I was unable to get off work to pick my car up during normal hours, and Dane actually offered to make a home delivery with my car! The car was shiny, clean, the alignment was done, turbos were working properly and I was floored by the level of service I received from Dane! I'd also like to thank Davin, the technician who repaired my car! Thanks to the expertise and high standards of Dane and Davin, I am confident my repairs did put my car back to "pre-accident condition". In fact my car looks better than it did pre-accident! I dropped off my dodge pick up on monday morning and Linda dickerson walked around my truck even though it was so cold out and reviewed with me and i told her i was having no rental and needed my truck soon as i can and she would work her best to get it done, then i got a call monday afternoon and said my truck was done so what should have took 2 days got complete in 1 day.. I will be telling all my family and friends to go to gerner collision and ask for Linda D. and she is the best. Love this shop.

1st... took my car to Lakewood on Cedar and then my car was taken to Colorado Springs on Palmer Park Blvd. The employees at both locations were tops. They treated me with much kindness and concern. When I got my car back it was beautiful both inside and out. I received calls almost every day while you had my car. I've never had such wonderful service from any vehicle repair shop. My insurance company recommended you. And, I am happy to do the same whenever I might have the opportunity (hoping, of course, that won't be necessary). Thank you so much for making a 70+ yr. old woman feel that she is in good hands.

Great service. Great result. My service rep, Earl, was very clear and communicative. A pleasure to work with. This was an insurance claim, paid by the other person's insurance, so $0 to me. As such, I can't comment on the value provided by Gerber.

I am SO beyond thrilled with my experience at Gerber. I was in a Collision that took out the front half of my car. I was so upset because this was my first car and everyone figured it was totaled. I took it to Gerber and LINDA took care of me. Linda is the absolute best. She called me twice a week with updates, she worked hard on my car, and in the end my car was finished a week early. It was a ton of repairs so it took 3 weeks, but the whole time I felt very confident that they were working super hard on my car. I would recommend Gerber to anyone, hands down.
