Gerber was SO informative and professional. They kept me up to date twice a week on the status of my vehicle. It was near being totaled and it looks BETTER than new now that they're done with it. They also completed it much sooner than originally estimated. They answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently, and handled everything with my insurance company. I only paid my $100 deductible.

Very impressed with the customer service and the work that was done on my car! My car was repaired and reborn to just how it was before my accident, and detailing made it look brand new. My estimator Justice was spot on, predicting exactly when my car would be ready and the front desk was very approachable and made the whole experience extremely smooth! Thank you, Gerber!

Excellent service and auto repair. Thanks especially to Austin and Sofi. From estimate to repair they repaired my vehicle perfectly and completed the work in a timely fashion. They worked directly with insurance and Enterprise car rental and made the process extremely easy for me. My first experience with insurance claim and auto repair and the friendly people at Gerber just took care of everything. Extremely impressed. The insurance company said I could bring my vehicle to any body shop of my choosing but they recommended Gerber and now so do I. Thanks again Austin and Sofi (and all there) for doing such an excellent repair so promptly and for dealing directly with the insurance and rental companies for me. Very much appreciated.

I was rear-ended while stopped at a red light and my new-to-me car (that I'd only had for 2 months) was badly damaged. Nothing about dealing with such an event is exactly pleasant, but everything about working with Gerber Collision was excellent. The staff were all super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I primarily worked with an estimator named Steve. He really knew his business and explained everything to me in a very understandable way with great attention to all the details of the entire process. He told me exactly how everything would proceed and Gerber delivered on all of it. Steve and crew went above and beyond my expectations. Additionally, Gerber's knowledge of and relationship with a rental car company made the whole process of dropping my car off for repair as painless as possible. Very smooth. My whole experience with ... Gerber made me feel very cared for. The final repair was perfect; my car is as good as new, in pristine condition.
