He has been extremely helpful and gracious with his time to explain the entire process and ensure I am receiving the all the benefits entitled to me through handling of the insurance claim. Jeff is truly a great asset to any company and Gerber is extremely lucky to have him! I recently had my 2011 Ford Edge Limited repaired at your collision center on Dawson Circle in Englewood, CO. I am very impressed with the level of service provided by your staff which included excellent bi-weekly communications from Tom. When I picked my vehicle up on Saturday morning the repair looked very well done. Later on Saturday when I was detailing my vehicle I noticed that there was a small hard to see (needed to have really good light to see it) dent in the rear lift gate that had been overlooked during the repair process. I returned to your collision center very early on Monday morning and spoke with the GM who is Tom F. Tom walked out into the parking lot with me and examined the repair and agreed that the small dent had been overlooked during the repair process. Tom then told me that the PDR technician would be on site on ... the same day and that he would call me when I could bring the car in. Tom called me a few hours later and I dropped my vehicle off and within 3 hours I heard back from Tom again that the small dent had been repaired via PDR. When I picked the vehicle up I examined the repair and it is now perfect. I have used 15 or so auto body shops over the past 35 years and this was easily the most positive experience that I have ever had with any of them. We decided to go with them as everyone from the front desk to the estimator to the repair technician were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job, we are very happy with the work they did. We highly recommend them.

The team did a great job of having my new bumper already ordered and prepared to install come the day of my appointment. They were able to get the job done in 24 hours and it looked like new. Only complaint is that my weather tech floor mats were missing from my car which I did not realize until weeks later. When I called to inquire, they stated that they no longer had them but would be willing to reimburse me if I bought new ones.
