"July 3rd at 5:35 I had run my car through a carwash and the pully on the window broke and my window fell. I live downtown and it was the day before the 4th of July holiday and two days after I had undergone oral surgery and I was panicked and uncomforatble. I drove to Safelite Auto Glass to hopefully get the window taped and to get the earliest appointment I could get as I had done twice before on my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the same problem. No one was there. As I went around the block I passed Gerber and saw two what looked like mechanics outside your business in the parking lot talking before they left and I'm sure excited about their Holiday. I pulled up to them and without opening my window one of them, a young lady later know as Justice approached my car and I rolled the window down.She asked "hi , what can I do for ... you". I explained my delima, the other mechanic said goodbye to Justice as she spoke to me and Justice began to exemplaphy the most incredible example of customer service I have received in quite some time. I apologigized for keeping her late and she would not hear of it. She explained the defect in the window pully's in the 2002 Jeep which I was aware of but it solidified my trust in her knowledge and ability. She opened the doors of your business and retrieved tape from the garage from the back of the building and taped my window shut and invited me inside and made an appointment for first thing on July 5th all with a huge smile and an effort to make me feel valued. There was a mom and dad there receiving similar last minute relief from another attendant that was taking care of their son who had just been in an accident. They also were voicing their appreciation for the late service. Justice gave me an estimate and I was on my way with a smile on my face, stress free and a plan in place to have the window fixed. Justice called me on the 5th with the part and had me bring my car over and it was fixed within 45 minutes again with such graciousness and a smile that would put anyone at ease. My degree is in the Hospitality Industry and I now work in the field of Public Health for the State of Colorado. Do not take your eye off Justice and for Gods's sake never loose her as an employee to your competition. She is a huge asset to your organization and any other organization would be lucky to have her. With large companies sometimes exceptional employees can be overlooked. Don't be foolish, keep your eye on Justice she may be underutilized and I almost look forward to the next time I need her help. This is the absolute best experience I have had with any type of auto service or repair. Every person I met and every conversation I had with the Gerber employees at this location was positive, professional, helpful and friendly. I was treated like a person and a valued customer. I was kept up to date on the progress of the work on my vehicle and the work done was outstanding. If I need collision or glass repair done in the future, this shop will be my first choice and I will recommend this location to anyone I know who needs a referral to a great place to do business. I was totally impressed with the service provided by Gerber Collision and Glass, located at Mark Dabling, Colorado Springs. My bumper was replaced due to gouges in the paint, caused by a rotor-tiller. Bryan Royer was the rep who helped me. He thoroughly explained the process and time needed to complete the repair. The job was completed within 2 days and looked like new! I truly appreciated Bryan's professionalism and detailed explanations. I will certainly recommend Gerber to anyone I know who needs collision work! Thanks for a job well done!

I was impressed with Gerber from the time I took my car in. Throughout the entire repair process they were 100% professional, courteous and provided outstanding customer service. My car was in the shop for 3 weeks and I received regular status and follow up calls. The day I picked up my car was 100 degrees and they provided me with a bottle of cold water! I would recommend Gerber in Lakewood without hesitation. What started as a bad experience with the damage to my vehicle turned into a positive one thanks to them!

I was very happy with the customer service I received from Cacee and Alicia. I only dealt directly with them and Julie Stewart. All three were a breath of fresh air, compared to dealing with insurance company. The insurance company should consult with these three about providing exceptional customer service relations. The new bumper on my vehicle looks great, too!

This location provided incredible service. The quote I was provided was quick and accurate. I was updated every few days and received my finished car a week ahead of schedule. The manager was extremely accommodating and the entire staff made an effort to respect my wishes when it came to my car.

The second time I returned due to excellent service based on knowledge from my first experience. "WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW! I accidently and slowly rear ended an older Chevy Suburban in a turn lane...argh!!! My little 97 Honda-rotti Accord LE 'Belle' suffered severe front end body damage and the Suburban suffered a scratch. I did not know how to get started in finding a place to fix 'Belle' so I just started to Google body repair shops and filled out a few online contact questionnaires. It was so impersonal and frustrating. I called my brother-in-law Chris Geyer to ask if he knew any good body repairmen or shop. Without hesitation he said "Gerber Collision off E.Arapahoe Rd. and to ask for Jimmy McCombs, Jimmy will do a excellent job and will treat you right." Jimmy is a long time friend of his. I Googled Gerber Collision right away and called after hours expecting to leave a message. I was WOWed when an actual friendly ... human being answered the phone. From that first contact to when I picked 'Belle' up, I was WOWED! I took her in for an estimate on a Saturday and received an estimate a short time later...WOW that was fast! I took her in about 10 days later (I was getting my mulah together and taking a nice long vacation in Florida...WOW THAT WAS NICE!) I dropped her off on Monday and was called on Tuesday to let me know she was taken apart and they were ready to begin the repairs... WOW! Great customer service! I received another call two days later stating she was ready for painting. It took about 8 days but it was well worth it. I love my car! (and no car payments!) I explained to Louise and John my financial situation...I am paying out of pocket because I only have liability on my car and if they could save me any money, it would be greatly appreciated. I was unemployed for 18 months and finally started work in Sept. 2012 and I am still trying to get caught up and bounce back. Fortunately my radiator was repairable and Jimmy fixed it and saved me a lot of money. WOW! I am so grateful! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! When I picked up my 'Belle' today, I was WOWED again! My little Honda-rotti looks so beautiful! I was shown the engine with the repairs on the radiator. My engine has NEVER looked so pristine and new. The body work makes her look brand new. I am so pleased! She has just under 84,000 miles and runs GREAT! Belle was complimented by John and he also complimented me on how well kept she is. Every person I spoke with at Gerber Collision was sincere, professional yet friendly. I felt that I mattered... Thank you! I have heard many stories of companies taking advantage of single women who take their vehicles into a shop for service...Thank you for not making me feel that way!
