We've been satisfied USAA clients for a long time and want to express our appreciation for the work that Earl Bell and the Gerber folks in Colorado Springs delivered. After a minor accident that appeared to have a straight-forward solution, we found puzzling symptoms of unidentified sounds - no pulling left or right, no shimmying or wobbling, but some rumbling noises that were difficult to assess. Earl and the other Gerber folks worked with us as in a partnership to determine the cause - and fixed it - with a sense of eagerness to please and responsiveness to our needs. It was a good experience working with them, exceeding the experience we've had during other instances in Virginia in which we needed accident repair work.

We were so impressed with the service provided and especially the time frame with which the repairs were made. We really appreciated the cleaning of our floor mats. There are some white marks on the side mirror and side of the passenger side of the car that were not there, but we are hoping they will buff out. Thanks
