Gerber Collision and Glass was suggested by both my insurance and Farmers Insurance. Farmers insurance, the company that was responsible for paying for the accident, suggested Gerber Collision and Glass because the repairs to the car were guaranteed. I found their service to be outstanding. The person responsible for the repairs, Tom, took the time to ensure every repair was completed to perfection. The car looked like it was brand new when we retrieved it. Tom also took the time to call several times during the week he was working on the car to give us an update on the repair schedule. Louise, the receptionist, was also very helpful in making sure the car was repaired to our satisfaction. It is my hope we never have an accident again, but if we do, we will use Gerber Collusion and Glass again. Thank you.

Wow! Everyone at Gerber was so warm and friendly! They got my car in right away, and kept me updated by text on the progress of my car while they had it. Since my insurance didn't cover a rental vehicle, they provided transport to and from my bus stop when dropping my car off. I was thrilled when they let me know that they completed the work 3 days early, in time for the weekend. Best of all, my car looks perfect! From start to finish, the service Gerber provided was top of the line. I would recommend Gerber to everyone!

Tom and Yuri's performance went way beyond our expectations. Little did we know that the damage to our car would be one of the most difficult repair jobs they had ever encountered. Tom kept us informed of Yuri's progress on a bi-weekly basis. Yuri obviously accepted the challenge and did a fantastic job of bringing the car back to showroom condition. It runs like brand new. My wife Laura, who drives this car, is more than satisfied with how the car came out. Thanks to both Tom and Yuri and all who may have assisted them.
