I am just blown away by the work that has been done on our 2013 Dodge Durango. The vehicle suffered heavy hail damage in May of 2014. The professionals at the Mark Dabling location took over and made the vehicle look new once again. I am amazed at how well the paint color matched up! I was expecting the worst and received the absolute best. It's hard to tell where the Chrysler paint stops and the Gerber paint starts! Unbelievable! All of the mechanical procedures aside, the customer service was spectacular! You don't get this kind of personal service at a fine restaurant! I would like to HIGHLY COMMEND Mr. Earl B. He was in touch with me every step of the way. He was very thorough and professional. We have an older car that we were thinking of trading in. This involved a substantial repair of our irreplaceable VW Eurovan. YThe Manager Jake, Jeff and Justice in the front office, and Shawn and the rest of the crew in the bays were all terrific. Pride in their work that shows -- truly above-and-beyond attention to detail. They turned isolated repairs into a restoration -- detailed & polished it. Big Red looks like new. They took pride in their work and joy in our appreciation of it. This is MY body shop!

never been wowed before having been to ANOTHER repair shop years ago .The staff at GERBER really WOWED me . NOT just being friendly and on time with the repair but giving me a ride home each time( did not want a rental ) The repair was excellent ,however the first thing I noticed was they detailed my car not only the outside but inside then I looked at the repair work and that too was excellent ,having been at another repair for the same type rear end accident and then had to go back 4 times .I could compare the difference .I highly recommend this shop to anyone, and I thank them all for a job very well done.
