Recently I became a Gerber/COBlvd customer 4th time. Justice/Jeff/Hollya (sp) are warm friendly personable & very professional. Every week I drive by past 9PM & see lights are on, they are busy. Customer service is a priority as is speed & efficiency. This team keeps contact with customers, paperwork, phone calls, quality control. Clearly I will be back to say Hi & Thanks and word-of-mouth recommendations for those who like to know their cars receive top care.

Excellent service from Gerber...Julie was the estimator...she was courteous and accurate. The person who did the hail damage repair did a very good job. Alicia at the front desk was courteous and attentive. I will come back to Gerber for future needs and refer them to friends in need of their services.

Her energy, knowledge and positive attitude exemplified excellent customer service.There was an older women there as well that made a comment to me about Justice along the same line. Your slogan, twenty first century technology, old fashion service is a great one as I'm sure you know, excellent customer is one thing the business community needs more of.

Gerber really knows how to take care of their customers. I got in a wreck and the other persons insurance was paying for it and they took great care of me. I dropped off my car, they called enterprise for me right away so they would be there shortly to pick me up and then the gentleman walked around the car with me answering all of my questions. They only took 2 days to fix it and it looked amazing. When I dropped it off Danielle was really nice and friendly - she told me everything that had been done and that it ended up being more than insurance wrote the initial check out for but they were going to contact allstate to get the rest of the money. So hassle free, they really have great customer service! Also they cleaned my car for me on the inside and out, it was a great touch! :)
