I appreciate the everyother day update report on the progress of the repair.My car was repaired in a timely manner even before the schedule day given to me. My wife and I have used Boyd autobody on a couple of accidents. Thankful nothing too serious. My wife just had her car serviced a few weeks ago and it was a great experience. I want to provide feedback on an incident that happened a day AFTER my wife received her car. After I lent my wife my car to use while hers was getting serviced I noticed my car seat was stuck in the most forward position. I'm 5'10" and my wife is 5"2" so I know she placed in that position but for some reason it was stuck there. I tried everything from muscling it to a coat hanger and flashlight but nothing worked. I decided to take it to Boyd since my wife was just there getting her car serviced and the staff were great. Brent came out of the shop and took an initial look at my driver's seat and confirmed that its not just my incompetence but the seat ... is somehow stuck or jammed in the forward position. We were thinking it might be mechanical but Brent suggested that workers take a closer look and remove the seat to confirm the real problem. After about 10 minutes Brent met me in the waiting room and handed me a bent loonie and toonie and explained to me that the coins somehow landed on the track and jammed the seat so it could move. To me it was like a crazy coincidence. I was prepared to pay for the labour of the staff to take the seat out because there is no way I was going to remove the coins but Brent said not to worry about the cost. I really appreciate all they do in going the extra mile for their customers and of course doing a great job in all their work! I will always recommend Boyd to anyone looking for body work. Florida - This comment is in reference to Work Order W125265219 which was just completed by Michael Ingram. Wow, what a great job by a very professional technician. Michael is one of the most courteous and thorough technicians I have had the pleasure to watch work. Everything was taken apart with care and put back together just as careful; clean, neat and professional. If I ran a glass repair business, Micheal would be the first technician I would hire. He is a credit to the Gerber Collision and Glass. You are welcome to use my comments for any promotion or evaluation that is due him.

My fiance and I went to Boyd as soon as we realized someone had tried to break into our car. Our original thought was to see if it was worthwhile to put a claim into ICBC. Mike went above and beyond our expectations. He quoted us the cost of fixing the minor damage and did as much as he could on site at that time, even though it was a Saturday and he was busy. He was very upfront about anything he told us, and made sure we felt comfortable with everything. As we were pulling out, we both agreed that we would be coming back to Mike to fix the issues from that incident as well as any other things that may come up down the road. Thanks again Mike, you made our day!

Illinois - I am very happy with the results of my car. The paint job looks beautiful. They even fixed three light that were burnt out. The staff is so nice and helpful. Jose Vega picked me up from work so I could get my free rental car. I am grateful for that. Lorraina --- would answer all my questions. Robert Bartle should me the finish product and gave me suggestions on what I could do in the future such as a wax and detail . I am very pleased and have already told a friend where she should have her car repaired. The location I went was 7041 w 153rd st, Orland Park Illinois 60462. My car was completed 2 days early also.(on 8/19/13)
