Florida - "At first sight the cleanness was impressive. The repair shop, driveway and office were extremely clean. As soon as I parked in the driveway, someone came to attend me. He listened to me, answered all my questions and wrote notes. The lady in the office has a soft voice, a nice and honest smile, is very eloquent and extremely polite. She took the time to explain me the procedure and documentations required. She is knowledgeable of the process and this gave me a sense of trust and comfort. Everybody in the office greeted me when they passed by. The work was done in a short period of time (three days) and I am pleased with the results. Service makes the difference. "In this life we cannot do big things in this world. We can only do small things with great love"

Illinois - I always bring my car at Gerber Auto Collision every time that my car had an accident and they always performed a good job. IThe good thing also is they have the lifetime warranty. My car needs to replace the windshield glass and the attachment with the roof was badly rushted, Tim the production manager take good care of my car and change the roof and windshield for free because of lifetime warranty.
