Went to Gerber Collision and Glass repair in Tontitown, AR was helped by David who removed a huge decal left on my newly purchased car by the dealer. He and his team were a 10/10. They removed the decals and cleaned off the adhesive and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. They've earned my and my families and friends business moving forward.

Having your car damaged is always stressful but I can honestly say my experience at this shop made things absolutely stress-free. From my Estimator (Shane) to the GM (David) and the techs who fixed, painted and detailed my vehicle (Eric, Cliff, Montana) - everyone was very friendly, communicative, and willing to answer all of my questions and keep me informed. Thank you so much! The work was both professional and fast! The shop is very clean, well organized and easy to get in and out of. My car looks brand new and I couldn't be happier and more satisfied with my experience. Highly recommend Gerber Tontitown!

Gerber made everything so easy. They called Enterprise rental for me to take me to my rental and to return the rental when my car was finished. Just a really nice bunch of people to work with. The gal at the front desk is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would use them again, I just hope I don't need to!

I was understood to have a repair date of 3/3 considering my date in 1/10 was some how canceled they were able to accommodate me, contacted me with all information and follow of second request for service and spoke very professionally and respectfully as we resolved and rescheduled the matter my insurance authorized and set said date with the company! Their timelyness and efficiency were one of the best I've received in a very long time especially for being a first time customer

Gerber collision goes above and beyond expectations. The work done on my vehicle is excellent. They kept me informed at all steps of the process.
