JORDAN A. is our estmator and I am writing to tell you what a icredible job he did in repairing my car. Once the car was disassembled, he went to work with the Hartford my insurance to get approval on the multitude of parts he needed to restore my car to like new condition. I would recommend him and Gerber to anyone to get their car fixed professionally in a timely manner. My car was very clean when I got it back and Jordan went over the work that was done part by part. He deserves more than an atta boy on this one!!! And lets not forget Amy , the GLUE WHO HOLDS THE TEAM TOGETHER!!

These guys were great from start to finish. The price was the lowest of anybody I checked, and the final price was exactly as quoted. They were very friendly, fast, and thorough. They cleaned up all the broken glass and got us back on the road quickly! Super job, guys!!

Awesome Service! Went in for a quote for a scratch on a door. The door was previously repaired and painted at a different body shop. Jordan immediately asked if it had been previously painted as he noticed a poor job (somewhat dull finish). He made sure the entire door was repainted at no additional charge to make sure it looked like new. Gerber Farmington has an excellent painter and I highly recommend them. The skill of the painter is an important consideration in choosing a body shop.

Jordan A., the estimator, went above and beyond the normal shop/client relationship. He emailed, called many times, and kept me up to date on every aspect of the service, before and during the process of fixing my auto. My car looks beautiful, and I even shed a few tears because I was so surprised how amazing it looked. His kindness and generosity during this process was a 10 plus. Amy, at the front desk, was equally kind and helpful. She set up my rent car, made arrangements for me to be picked up as well as the return after completion. The personal attention was beyond expectations. God bless you both, and I highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass, Farmington, AR.

Though a very long process (3 months) GERBER, and specifically, Shane A., did a fantastic job constantly keeping me updated with the status of the repair. It was long but I always felt that Shane worried about me daily and wanted to make sure I was alright. Keeping me updated is critical to customer satisfaction and I really appreciate all that he did. He took the sting out of the situation at every opportunity. Hats off, and thanks!
