The lady was so nice/kind and she comforted me as my brand new car had been hit 8 days after purchasing. My car was fixed so extremely fast in less than a week! My car was just the way i left it when i got it back. The customer service was phenomenal and I would most definitely recommend to all. Overall wonderful experience!

Strong winds caught the driver's side car door and sprung the hinge so that it had to be forced closed. Once it was closed then it wouldn't open and I had to get in through passenger side. I took it to Gerber's and they looked at it and 20 minutes later it was fixed! Hope I don't have any reason for body shop work but if I do, this will be where I will go. Thankful for great service today!

JORDAN A. is our estmator and I am writing to tell you what a icredible job he did in repairing my car. Once the car was disassembled, he went to work with the Hartford my insurance to get approval on the multitude of parts he needed to restore my car to like new condition. I would recommend him and Gerber to anyone to get their car fixed professionally in a timely manner. My car was very clean when I got it back and Jordan went over the work that was done part by part. He deserves more than an atta boy on this one!!! And lets not forget Amy , the GLUE WHO HOLDS THE TEAM TOGETHER!!

Awesome Service! Went in for a quote for a scratch on a door. The door was previously repaired and painted at a different body shop. Jordan immediately asked if it had been previously painted as he noticed a poor job (somewhat dull finish). He made sure the entire door was repainted at no additional charge to make sure it looked like new. Gerber Farmington has an excellent painter and I highly recommend them. The skill of the painter is an important consideration in choosing a body shop.

GM went above and beyond for me when I had a few problems after I got my car back from repairs. Every GM could take a lesson from him it was Chick-fil-a service at a body shop!
