This has been by far the most enjoyable experience resulting from a vehicle accident that I have ever had. Both USAA and Gerber Collision handled and treated me like I was the only customer and that they trully cared about the situation and were totally committed to ensure that I was completely satisfied the the work that had to be performed. The attitude of the staff, the partnership with both insurance and rental car agencies, make a seamless experience, the warranty is incredible and supported with the same excellent service.
